Beau has strong communication and organisational skills from the beginning of the project to the final finishing touches, with a high standard of workmanship.
12 years in management of a leading earthmoving civil company has provided Beau with the skills to successfully manage large scale projects from quality management, customer service, account management, HR management, as well as strategic marketing and sales brainstorming solutions.
With over 15 years of working in the construction and civil industry, Larna has worked in various sectors of the construction industry. Larna has worked within the logistics supply chain, COR and WHS implementation, sales, compliance and office management roles. Due to such a variety of roles within the industry, Larna has acquired strong skills in the administration and compliance sectors with proven knowledge of contract administration, ability to decipher construction drawings, HR consulting and account management.
With over 10 years experience within the Rural and Commercial construction industry, Jonty has a strong understanding on how to manage the day-to-day duties onsite.
Jonty has completed various scopes of work from simple drainage management rural works to largescale residential subdivisions.
He prides himself on high quality workmanship and his strongly motivated to ensure a site runs smoothly with attention to detail and a focus on communication within the workplace.
