PROJECT MANAGER
Due to sustainable business growth, a newly created position is available for a mature, competent, hands on and results driven Project Manager .You will have demonstrated capability in managing a portfolio of projects.
Established in 2009 First Choice Earthworks provides high quality civil construction, rural & quarry services to the Southern Highlands and surrounding areas.
The ideal candidate will
➢ Communicate effectively with all stakeholders in the business
➢ Lead project meetings , support and direct staff to create an efficient project delivery team.
➢ Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
➢ Project reporting, forecasting and costing skills.
➢ QHSE management and implementation (inclusive of ITP delivery).
➢ Ability to complete Survey and set out and handle GPS components/requirements of a project.
➢ Read and Interpret plans and specifications
➢ Be a natural problem solver.
➢ Hands on ability and positive attitude.
TRANSPORT ALLOCATOR
This allocator position is an office-based role at our Robertson yard, immediate start, full time position.
We are looking for enthusiastic individual to join our local family business. Background in transport is essential.
The position will require you to do following duties
➢ Truck allocating
➢ Driver management
➢ Answering and directing phone calls
➢ Accurate data Entry
➢ Communicating with customers
Skills, experience and personal attributes required

➢ Knowledge of NHVR, PBS and Compliance
➢ General Computer skills

EXCAVATOR OPERATOR
We are currently searching for an energetic, motivated & experienced individual to join our team as an EXCAVATOR OPERATOR, working primarily within the Shellharbour area.

➢ Competent in Excavator Operations (ticket preferred but not essential)
➢ Experience in GPS (preferred but not essential)

MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT
Our growth in workload means we are currently searching for an energetic and motivated individual to join our team as a MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT.
We are seeking a team focused and driven individual who is:
➢ Heavy Diesel Plant Mechanic &/OR Motor Vehicle Trades-persons Certifications (MVTC)
➢ NSW Class C Drivers Licence essential, HR Drivers licence preferred.
➢ Forklift licence is preferred
➢ Australian industry experience; Minimum 4 years
➢ Preventative maintenance, servicing and repair of heavy diesel engines, fault finding and diagnostic experience.
➢ Experience with Earthmoving Plant & Equipment at must
➢ Ability to upkeep and assist in maintaining service/maintenance records
➢ Experience in meeting multiple task deadlines
➢ A commitment to safe work practices
➢ The ability to work as a team
➢ Strong communication skills
➢ Competent at Welding a must
➢ Takes pride in their work
